On April 18, 2018, the Poverty and Race Research Action Council hosted a symposium on “Civil Rights Intersections: Celebrating 50 years of the Fair Housing Act” at the Selma Center for Nonviolence, Truth and Reconciliation in Alabama. Panelists spoke on the intersection of economic justice and racial segregation in Selma and the rest of the country.
