Analysis of Impediments for Washington, D.C. If you live in D.C., please stay tuned for opportunities to join the public participation process around the D.C. A.I., which PRRAC and the Lawyers’ Committee are conducting on behalf of the city. Our staff will be presenting at All Souls Unitarian Church tonight at 6:30 pm, as part of the D.C. Department of Housing & Community Development’s Needs Assessment Hearing. There will be more opportunities to get involved across D.C. neighborhoods in April.
Fair housing law and policy: The Cardozo Law Review’s symposium issue on fair housing has been published, with provocative articles by several PRRAC Board members – Olati Johnson, Rachel Godsil, Betsy Julian, Justin Steil, and Craig Flournoy – read the issue here. Meanwhile we are awaiting the Trump Administration’s promised “revision” of the HUD disparate impact rule.
