Tessa Delgo is the Policy and Development Associate at PRRAC, supporting key policy initiatives and coordinating PRRAC’s development efforts. She graduated with a B.A. from Duke University in 2023. During her undergraduate degree, Tessa worked at the housing-centered nonprofit Community Empowerment Fund in Durham, completed education policy research through the WomenNC Scholars program, and assisted with production and editing on the web series Left of Black, produced by Duke’s Franklin Humanities Institute. Prior to her time at Duke, Tessa served two years as a Student Success Coach and Team Leader at City Year Jacksonville.
